Shipping and Returns

All terms and conditions within apply to all services and products performed by Womb Connect and all other subsidiaries of Womb Connect.

Any reference to the ‘client’ will be taken to refer to the client, it’s agents and or its employees.

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and unless otherwise stated include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure that these prices are correct at the time of writing and or publication, Womb Connect reserves the right to adjust the prices in accordance with its current pricing structures at anytime and without notice.

Womb Connect will not be held responsible for any products that are delayed due to situations that are beyond its reasonable control and/or have been delayed by the actions of the client.

Payment is required prior to dispatch on all online orders.

COVID-19 Update: Everything is put in place to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note, due to COVID-19-related safeguards, limited flights and increased parcel volumes, there may be delays with your orders. Thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

 

Change Of Mind Returns

Please note: Once your order has been placed, it has therefore begun to be processed and no amendments, cancellations or changes can be made. This includes combining orders, removing/adding items, etc.

If you are unhappy with your purchase after it arrives, we are able to provide you with a credit or refund for the amount you paid for the item (excluding any shipping costs), providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase (ie. 14 days from the date shown on invoice).
  2. Item(s) must be in their original condition -not open. As such we advise you to please take care when receiving your order. Womb Connect reserves the right to reject a return if it is not in its original condition.
  3. Item(s) must be accompanied by a copy of their original invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice, please contact us BEFORE attempting to return your item(s).

Please note, any additional shipping costs to facilitate an exchange must be covered by the customer, unless Womb Connect is at fault.

Once your returned item(s) have been received a credit will be applied to your account, if an exchange is requested this credit will be applied to the exchange order.

No refunds or exchange on clearance stock items.

 

Faulty Item(s)

While we take every care to thoroughly inspect products before they are sent out to customers, if an item is faulty you are entitled to a replacement if available, or a refund under Australian Consumer Law. We are also happy to replace or exchange your product wherever possible.

If you believe your item(s) to be faulty, please CONTACT US before returning the item(s) at Womb Connect, in your email please include the following information:

  1. A description of the fault (photographs are often helpful in this area).
  2. A description of the product.
  3. The remedy you are seeking: eg. exchange, refund or credit.
  4. A copy of your original invoice (as proof of purchase).
  5. Your account information: name, account number, address etc.

Faulty returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Please note: items which are subject to misuse, not following the correct care instructions, will not be accepted as faulty. Faulty item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

We advise all returns to be made through a trackable service, as Womb Connect accepts no responsibility for returned items not received.

 

Shipping Information

We have a Flat Rate postage fee of $15.50 on all orders within Australia.

We have a postage calculator that determines costs dynamically on all orders within Australia.

This may not apply for International orders. International orders could incur added freight charges. This will be manually calculated and charged by weight, for accurate postage cost.

Depending on your location and country of origin, packages are usually delivered within 4-15 business days. Please note, due to COVID-19-related safeguards, limited flights and increased parcel volumes, there may be delays with your orders. Thank you for your patience and ongoing support.

At Womb Connect we promise to post your order as quickly as we can. Although, as we are a small business run by a mother, please allow 1 to 5 working days for us to process your payment and have your order ready for shipping. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Don’t forget, Womb Connect takes a much needed break once a year for a little holiday- which means your order could be delayed accordingly. In that case, you will be notified. As we dispatch orders through Australia Post the average shipping time is 3-5 business days for delivery in Australia.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk mail too! As automated emails can often be put there.

International Orders (outside Australia):

Customs:

International orders/shipments may be subject to Customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. These fees can range from 0% – 50%.

Womb Connect is not responsible for paying fees charged by Customs or the rate charged by Customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the Customs fee.

If you refuse to accept your package at Customs due to high Customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back to Womb Connect, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us.

International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. Womb Connect is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs due to this process.

Womb Connect is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the order.

***In the event the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund.

*** We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
